Sweet White Wine

Little Daisy is named after the brand name of flour milled in this very building over 100 years ago. Little Daisy is a sweet, but not too sweet, white wine made from the Moscato grape. Much of the CO2 that is produced in the fermentation process is preserved to provide a little extra brightness to the taste. Try pairing Little Daisy with Chinese Food and let us know what you think.
